Our Approach

To address these insights, an in-depth survey and comprehensive data analysis were conducted, focusing on both quantitative ratings and qualitative feedback from staff. This process enabled the identification of key problem areas, including underperforming meeting rooms, ergonomic shortcomings, and technology inconsistencies. Based on the findings, targeted recommendations were developed that emphasized redesigning furniture for improved ergonomics, reconfiguring meeting spaces to enhance accessibility and support hybrid functionality and clearly defining the purpose of various areas.
