Salary Range: $65,000 to $85,000 annually
Hiring Rate: $75,000 annually

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The BIM Coordinator plays a crucial role in streamlining project workflows, enhancing collaboration among project teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of BIM technology in design projects. The BIM Coordinator supports projects through the use and implementation of BIM software and BIM processes. Working closely with the interior design team, the BIM Coordinator will support them in the use of Revit and AutoCAD across all stages as well as ensuring the best use of BIM tools and developing workflows.
BIM Development & Implementation

Produce and manage Revit models,

Develop and oversee the implementation of templates, families, and other digital content to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Maintain and improved company BIM standards, templates, and workflows.

Maintain model accuracy, data integrity, and version control

Support QA/QC processes and validation checks

Maintain organized BIM documentation
-
Manage BIM/Revit libraries, templates and support documentation.
Technical Support & Quality Assurance

Conduct regular model reviews to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to project requirements.

Work collaboratively with design leads to streamline BIM workflows and improve delivery outcomes.

Assist with content creation and management of BIM libraries, templates, and automation routines to enhance model efficiency and consistency.

Perform clash detection using Navisworks and coordination tools

Identify, track and support resolution of model conflicts

Participate in coordination meetings

Ensure timely resolution of coordination items

Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and facilitate consultant collaboration.

Support project teams with BIM best practices, troubleshooting, and technical guidance.

Monitor model health, file management, and project documentation.

In collaboration with IT Department, install, configure, and maintain Autodesk/ Forma tools for design team.
Training & Continuous Improvement

Provide mentorship, training, and technical support to internal teams on BIM best practices and tools.

Stay current with BIM technology trends and best practices in the industry.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.

Certification in BIM (such as Revit Certified Professional) is preferred.

Minimum 4 years experience as a BIM coordinator or similar role preferably within an interior design or architecture setting.

Familiarity with BIM standards such as ISO 19650 and LOD specifications.
